it was a fish taco kinda night. I cooked the fish on my grill pan   I heated some black beans and added fajita seasoning.    The I used lettuce leaves for wraps. Added the fish and beans and avocado  and homemade pico (tomato, onion, cilantro and lime juice)    It is so filling!
