kimchi soup with green tea noodle

I love kimchi noodle soup! It always keep me warm and it hits the spot. It is very easy to make and its full of flavor!
4-5 organic full baby bok choy
organic cha soba green tea noodle
Egg (s)
soy sauce

Boil about 5-6 cups of water (depends on how much soup you want
once the water is boiled, add kimchi and noodle (based on personal preference)
add the bok choy and egg 1 minute before the noodle is done.
when everything is cooked, add a splash of soy sauce
