Nice easy recipe




Mussels are such a quick and easy meal to prepare, with so many options for different flavour combinations.  If you can buy pot ready mussels (already cleaned and de-bearded), then they are even quicker to throw together.  Just remember when making the base for your mussels, not to over season your sauce with too much salt.  Your mussels are naturally very salty and this will come through in the end product.  I would probably recommend adding no additional salt to your mussels, but of course this is personal preference.  If you have access to beautiful fresh mussels in your area, then try cooking up a batch for dinner.  The recipe I have given you is a very simple French recipe, but my favourite way to eat them is definitely in a Thai green curry sauce with a side of rice.  I will pop this recipe up on the…
